I am a fauji doctor.I have filled up a form sent by the hospital registrar- for registering us with the election commision. Will I be registered at Pune(my place of posting) or at Lucknow(where I hail from). What if I get posted out in the next month or so to a third place before the general elections.Any clarifications please.

Thanx for the expert input. May be the whole class of fauji's -PBOR & officers need to be sensitised to this important issue of exercising the very important tool of voting(a duty I must confess I have not done before in my 43 yrs ). With the present scenario ,I presume faujis & exservicemen need to exercise this important right/duty for one to be a 'pressure group.'Unfotunate but that I presume is the only way for ones voice to be heard in the quarters that matter. Suggest you link up with Navdeep Singh's site too.Will give you excellent synergy in your mission.
